Personal information collected through bookings, questionnaires, invoices, galleries, or communications is used solely for the purpose of providing photography services, delivering galleries, processing payments, and maintaining client communication. Old Oak Photo Co. does not sell or distribute personal information to third parties. Gallery access links should be treated as private and shared at the Client’s discretion. While reasonable efforts are made to maintain secure gallery delivery and data handling practices, Old Oak Photo Co. cannot guarantee absolute security of third-party platforms or online services used in connection with image delivery and communication.
